PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is also welcomed!

All payments are due in full at the time of service - no exceptions.

REQUIRED FORMS

All services require an intake form and policy/liability waiver.

For online bookings, forms must be completed before your appointment is confirmed.
For phone or in-person bookings, forms will be emailed and must be completed before your visit.

KIDS + EXTRA GUESTS

We love supporting our mama clients and know how important self-care is!

If you do need to bring your child, we kindly ask that they’re able to sit comfortably and entertain themselves during your service.

Our space is cozy and limited, so we don’t encourage extra guests when possible.

PRE-BOOKING

We highly recommend pre-booking your future appointments before you leave the salon to secure your preferred date and time.

We do not require deposits for pre-booking, so it’s an easy way to make sure you stay on track with your beauty routine without any extra steps.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
After 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

48 HR CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hrs will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
This helps us accommodate other clients and respect our artists' time.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY

Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

FEES + RE-BOOKING

Invoices for cancellation or no-show fees will be sent via email and can be paid securely online.

Any pre-booked appointments will be canceled until all fees are cleared.
All cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking or rescheduling future appointments.
