We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is also welcomed!

All payments are due in full at the time of service - no exceptions.

All services require an intake form and policy/liability waiver.

For online bookings, forms must be completed before your appointment is confirmed.

For phone or in-person bookings, forms will be emailed and must be completed before your visit.

We love supporting our mama clients and know how important self-care is!

If you do need to bring your child, we kindly ask that they’re able to sit comfortably and entertain themselves during your service.

Our space is cozy and limited, so we don’t encourage extra guests when possible.

We do not require deposits for pre-booking, so it’s an easy way to make sure you stay on track with your beauty routine without any extra steps.

Clients are provided a 15 minute grace period

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

After 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be marked as a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, the following policy applies:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice - 50% service charge

No Call / No Show - 100% service charge

All cancellation and no-show fees will be issued via invoice and are due the same day.

If an invoice is not paid by the end of the day, all pre-booked appointments will be canceled and booking privileges will be suspended. Failure to resolve unpaid balances will result in client termination.
